Yes, we provide a limited warranty on our products. Generally, this includes a 1-year limited warranty on all mechanical parts and a 5-year limited warranty on the ceramic glaze and body.
What is your return policy for home improvement items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, uninstalled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Many of our high-efficiency models are WaterSense certified, meaning they use at least 20% less water than standard 1.6-gallon toilets while maintaining high performance.
What should I do if my ceramic item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is cracked or damaged during transit, contact our customer support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a free replacement.
