At HOROW, we stand behind the quality of our home products and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all installation hardware, manuals, and accessories that were included in the shipment.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
